At ORO FOODS, we are committed to delivering your products safely, quickly, and hygienically. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order is processed and delivered.


1. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship across India.
International shipping will be introduced soon.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

  • 1–2 business days after order confirmation

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.


3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery time may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Local restrictions


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Weight of the order

  • Courier partner rates

Special Offers:

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on minimum order values (as displayed on the website).


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes.

  • Additional COD charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

  • ORO FOODS reserves the right to disable COD on high-risk pin codes or repeat non-acceptance addresses.


6. Packaging & Hygiene Commitment

All ORO FOODS products are:

  • Hygienically packed

  • Sealed in food-grade packaging

  • Dispatched only after quality inspection

Food safety and product freshness are our top priorities.


7. Attempts & Non-Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The courier partner may attempt re-delivery.
If returned to origin, re-shipping charges may apply.


8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Leaking

  • With missing items

You must:

  • Take clear photos/video of the package before opening

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
