What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address and delivery address when you place an order or contact us; the items you buy; and basic information about how you use the website. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
To deliver your order, send order updates by email, answer your questions, prevent fraud and meet our legal duties (for example, GST invoices). With your consent only, we may send you offers; you can stop them at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that help us run the store: Razorpay (payments), Shiprocket and its courier partners (delivery), Resend (email), Supabase and Vercel (hosting). To count visits we use Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you (pages viewed, country, device type). Google Analytics and advertising tools are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner. If you have bought from us or agreed to receive our offers, we may share your phone number and email with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) in scrambled (hashed) form, so we can show our ads to people who already know ORO, or leave you out of ads meant for new customers. Meta cannot read them. Write to care@orofoods.in at any time and we remove you from these lists.
Your choices
You can see and correct your details in My account → Profile, and download a copy of your data there. You can also ask us to delete your account and data from the same page, or by writing to care@orofoods.in; we do this within 30 days. By law we keep order records and GST invoices for 8 years.
