What we may hold about you
From the website: your name, phone, email, delivery addresses, orders, reviews and your message choices. From Instagram and Facebook, if you interact with ORO FOODS™: your public username and the comments or mentions you made about us, messages our account sent you, and, if you joined ORO Creators and logged in with Instagram, your Instagram username, account ID and follower count. We do not collect your Instagram password.
How to ask for deletion
Website customers: log in, open Account → Profile → Your data, and tap “Delete my account”. Or email care@orofoods.in with the subject “Delete my data” and your phone number or Instagram username. We reply within one working day, finish within 30 days and confirm by email.
Removing ORO FOODS from your Instagram
If you logged in with Instagram (ORO Creators), you can also remove our app at any time: in Instagram open Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, choose ORO FOODS and tap Remove. Then email care@orofoods.in and we delete what we received from Instagram.
What we must keep
By law we keep order records and GST invoices for 8 years, without using them for marketing. If you asked us to stop automatic messages (for example by replying STOP), we keep only your username on a do-not-message list so we never message you again.
