Questions
When does my first box arrive?
It's packed fresh for you and leaves Solapur 7 days after you subscribe; you see the date before you pay. Delivery takes 1–6 days more depending on your pincode. After that, boxes come on your schedule.
When am I charged?
Your first box is paid when you set up UPI AutoPay. After that, each box is charged on the morning it's dispatched. We email you 2 days before, and your UPI app also notifies you before every debit.
How much can AutoPay take?
You approve a limit (usually ₹2,000) so there's room for a bigger size or extras. Each debit is only the price of that box, shown in your reminder.
How do I skip or pause?
In My account → Subscriptions, up to 2 days before a box. Pause for 1, 2 or 3 months; it restarts by itself.
How do I cancel?
In My account → Subscriptions, with one tap. Cancelling also stops the UPI AutoPay. No fee, no questions.
Can I change the size or how often?
Yes, both, and the date too, from My account → Subscriptions.
