ORO Creator Agreement

Version 2026-10-11.3. Please read it all before you apply: you accept it with the tick box on the application, and we email you a copy.

  1. Who this is between. This agreement is between you and ORO FOODILICO LLP (ORO FOODS™), 242 Jodbhavi Peth, Solapur 413002, Maharashtra, GSTIN 27AAKFO0530B1ZR. It starts when you tick “I agree” on the application, and covers one creator box.
  2. Who can apply. You are 18 or older and live in India. You have a public Instagram Creator or Business account with about 2k to 100k real followers (no bought followers, likes or engagement groups). One box per person, mobile number and Instagram account.
  3. Approval. We choose who gets a box. We may say no, or put you on a waiting list, without giving a reason. We only send a limited number of boxes each month.
  4. What you get (barter, no money). If approved, we send you ORO FOODS™ products worth up to ₹1,200 (MRP) free, usually a 400 g dry fruit mix jar. The products are the full payment for your reel: there is no cash fee, and the products can't be exchanged for money.
  5. Refundable deposit. Before we ship, you pay a refundable deposit of ₹199 by Razorpay. We refund it in full, to the same payment method, within 7 working days after your reel is live and checked. We keep it if no reel is posted within 9 days of delivery, or if the reel breaks these terms and isn't fixed within 2 days of our message. If we cancel before shipping, or you withdraw before we ship, you get it back in full.
  6. Your reel. Post one reel on your Instagram on the posting day we give you when your box is delivered (3 to 7 days after delivery; we spread creators' reels across the week). Follow the reel brief on your page (what to show, what not to say). Show the product clearly and tag @orofoods.in. Give your honest opinion: we don't script what you think, and a review that isn't all praise is fine. Keep the reel public for at least 90 days.
  7. Video approval. Before posting, upload your reel video on your private ORO page. We check it within 24 hours and either approve it or tell you what to change (for example a health claim or a missing ad label). Post only the approved video. We check facts and rules; your opinion stays yours.
  8. Ad label (ASCI). Mark the reel as advertising using Instagram's “Paid partnership” label, or put #ad, #collab or #gifted at the start of the caption. Indian advertising rules (ASCI influencer guidelines) require this even when the product is free.
  9. What not to say. No health claims: don't say a product cures, prevents or treats anything, or helps immunity, digestion, weight loss, diabetes, heart health or similar. Don't make up prices or offers, and don't run down other brands. Talk about taste, ingredients, how you eat it and the pack. The products contain tree nuts (cashew, almond) and milk fat (ghee): don't give them to anyone allergic.
  10. Using your reel and partnership ads. You keep ownership of your reel and the video you send us. You allow ORO FOODS™, free of charge, to: (a) show your reel, its cover and a short quote with credit to you on orofoods.in and ORO's social media; and (b) run your reel (or the approved video) as a paid “partnership ad” under your handle and ours on Instagram and Facebook for up to 12 months from posting. You agree to approve our partnership-ad request in Instagram. We may trim the reel or add captions but won't change what you say. After 90 days you may ask us to stop using it; we stop new use within 7 days.
  11. Your discount code. You may get a personal discount code (10% off, or another offer we tell you) for your followers. Don't post it on coupon or deal websites. We may pause or change it. The code is a thank-you, not a commission, unless we agree a commission in writing.
  12. Taxes. The free products count as a benefit to you. You are responsible for your own income tax and GST on it. If the total value of benefits from us in a financial year passes the limit in section 194R of the Income-tax Act, we may need your PAN and may deduct tax as the law requires.
  13. Delivery. We ship to the address you give. Check the box when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours if it's damaged or something is missing; we'll replace it.
  14. Ending early. You can withdraw any time before we ship (your deposit comes back). We may end your participation, keep the deposit and stop your code if you break these terms, use fake followers or engagement, or post anything abusive, misleading or illegal.
  15. Responsibility. Use the products as food, as the label says. Instagram and Facebook decide what they show; we're not responsible for their actions. Our total responsibility to you under this agreement is limited to the value of your box plus your deposit.
  16. Your details (privacy). We use your name, mobile, email, address, Instagram username and public Instagram numbers only to run this program: checking your account, shipping, the deposit and refund, your code and crediting your reel. We keep them only as long as needed and as the law requires. To see, correct or delete your details, write to care@orofoods.in. Our privacy policy is at orofoods.in/policies/privacy-policy.
  17. Changes. We may update this agreement for future boxes. The version you accepted applies to your box.
  18. Law and questions. Indian law applies, and courts in Solapur, Maharashtra decide any dispute. Questions or complaints: care@orofoods.in.
